研究目的：

天津医科大学眼科医院、眼视光学院为积极响应国家政策，实时监测大学生眼部发育状况，探究影响大学生近视和高度近视发生、发展的相关危险因素，拟决定抽取天津市大学生进行眼部屈光调研工作，分析并追踪大学生屈光分布特征，了解近视危险因素，控制大学生高度近视患病率及并发症。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to actively respond to national policies, monitor the eye development of college students in real time, and explore the relevant risk factors affecting the occurrence and development of college students' myopia and high myopia, Tianjin Medical University Eye Hospital and School of Optometry decided to select Tianjin college students for eye refraction. Research work, analyze and track the refraction distribution characteristics of college students, understand the risk factors of myopia, and control the prevalence and complications of high myopia in college students.

纳入标准：

选取天津市6所院校大一新生（3所本科+3所专科）。

Inclusion criteria

Select 6 colleges and universities in Tianjin freshmen (3 undergraduates and 3 specialties).

排除标准：

无眼部及全身疾病史，无外伤手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

No history of eye and systemic diseases, no history of trauma surgery.
