研究目的：

本研究拟通过采集本中心生肢端肥大患者术前MRI中上呼吸道形态的相关数据，寻找敏感性和特异性更高的困难气道评估指标，从而提高肢端肥大患者术前气道评估的准确性。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to collect data on the morphology of the upper airway in preoperative MRI of patients with acromegaly in our center, and to find more sensitive and specific indicators of difficult airway assessment, so as to improve the accuracy of preoperative airway assessment in patients with acromegaly. accuracy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期行垂体瘤切除术患者；
2.面容改变，合并生长激素水平增高；
3.年龄18-65岁；
4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing elective pituitary tumor resection;
2. Facial changes, combined with increased growth hormone levels;
3. Age 18-65 years old;
4. Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.BMI ≥ 35kg/㎡；
2.术前无MRI影像学资料；
3.合并气道畸形的患者；
4.既往存在困难通气或气管插管病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1.BMI >= 35kg/㎡;
2. No MRI imaging data before operation;
3. Patients with airway malformations;
4. There is a history of difficult ventilation or tracheal intubation.
