研究目的：

本研究采用回顾性数据库，一方面，初探多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液的乙肝相关性肝病住院患者分布和常见保肝药在乙肝领域的应用范围，阐述目前国内住院患者中乙肝相关肝病疾病谱构成及其疾病负担；另一方面，比较 PPC注射液和异甘草酸镁治疗乙肝相关性肝病患者的有效性，并通过分层分析评价临床获益较大患者的临床特征，以指导临床合理用药。  

Objectives of Study：

This study uses a retrospective database. On the one hand, it explores the distribution of hepatitis B-related liver disease hospitalized patients with polyene phosphatidylcholine injection and the application scope of common hepatoprotective drugs in the field of hepatitis B, and elaborates the current domestic hospitalized patients with hepatitis B-related liver disease spectrum On the other hand, compare the effectiveness of PPC injection and magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of patients with hepatitis B related liver disease, and evaluate the clinical characteristics of patients with greater clinical benefit through stratified analysis to guide clinical rational use of drugs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 18~75 岁；
2.2018-10-1—2019-9-30有乙肝相关性肝病住院记录的患者；
3.治疗方案中，保肝药仅使用多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液、异甘草酸镁注射液和注射用还原型谷胱甘肽三者之一，或任意两者联合者；
4.所需主要研究信息完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18~75 years;
2. Patients with hospitalization records of hepatitis B-related liver disease from October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019;
3. In the treatment plan, only one of polyene phosphatidyl choline injection, magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection and reduced glutathione for injection, or any combination of the two, is used as the hepatoprotective drug;
4. The main research information required is complete.

排除标准：

1.对多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液、异甘草酸镁注射液和注射用还原型谷胱甘肽过敏者；
2.有多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液、异甘草酸镁注射液和注射用还原型谷胱甘肽三种药品的禁忌症者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are allergic to polyene phosphatidylcholine injection, magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection and reduced glutathione for injection;
2. Patients with contraindications to the three medicines: polyene phosphatidylcholine injection, magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection and reduced glutathione for injection.
