研究目的：

1.了解当前中国福州母乳喂养的现状，包括对母乳喂养技术知识的了解情况、母乳喂养的自我效能情况以及母乳喂养技术掌握情况； 2.分析影响当前母乳喂养率的相关因素，用以未来指导设计增加母乳喂养率的干预方法，以此达到延长母乳喂养持续时间及增加纯母乳喂养率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To understand the current situation of breastfeeding in Fuzhou, China, including the knowledge of breastfeeding technology, self-efficacy of breastfeeding and the mastery of breastfeeding technology; 2. Analyze the factors affecting the current breastfeeding rate, and guide the design of future interventions to increase breastfeeding rate, so as to extend the duration of breastfeeding and increase the rate of exclusive breastfeeding.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

通过阴道自然分娩或剖宫产生育单胎的产妇，无严重健康问题，无精神疾病，无沟通问题，愿意参加研究。

Inclusion criteria

Women who gave birth to a single child through vaginal delivery or cesarean section had no serious health problems, no mental illness, no communication problems and were willing to participate in the study.

排除标准：

因医疗问题或禁忌进行母乳喂养而不能母乳喂养的产妇；患严重疾病婴儿的产妇；拒绝母乳喂养的婴儿；极早产儿和腭裂或舌部畸形的婴儿。

Exclusion criteria：

Women who cannot breastfeed due to medical problems or contraindications; Mothers with babies suffering from serious diseases; Babies who refuse to be breastfed; Very premature babies and babies with cleft palate or tongue deformity.

研究采用简单随机抽样招募研究对象。 研究需要415例的研究对象，具体拟用过去三个月的分娩总数除以所需的样本量，形成抽样间隔，第一个研究者将以随机抽签方式获得。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Simple random sampling was used to recruit subjects. A total of 415 subjects are required for the study. The sampling interval is determined by dividing the total number of births in the past three months by the required sample size. The first investigator will be selected by random lottery.
