研究目的：

观察术中提取清创操作前、后的肩袖肌腱组织的组织学特征，分析肩袖损伤患者肌腱断端清创与缝合修复疗效之间的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the histological characteristics of rotator cuff tendon tissue before and after the debridement operation, and to analyze the correlation between the debridement of the tendon stump and the effect of suture repair in patients with rotator cuff injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1. 因肩袖损伤行肩关节镜下肩袖缝合修复术的患者；
2. 年龄>18岁；
3. 所有患者均签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who have undergone arthroscopic rotator cuff repair due to rotator cuff injury;
2. >18 years old;
3. Patients signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

巨大不可修复肩袖损伤。

Exclusion criteria：

Irreparable rotator cuff injury.
