主要目的：比较小儿喉乳头瘤术中拔管时应用窒息氧合技术与间歇通气呼吸暂停技术。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To compare the application of apnea oxygenation technique and intermittent ventilation apnea technique during extubation in children with laryngeal papilloma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

因复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤于我院手术治疗的1-12岁患儿。

Inclusion criteria

Pediatric patients aged 1 to 12 years with symptomatic JORRP requiring operative intervention under general anesthesia at the Beijing Tongren Hospital.

排除标准：

1.监护人拒绝签署知情同意书；
2.存在至少一项高流量禁忌症（鼻衄，已知或可疑颅底骨折或者异常，鼻部堵塞，鼻骨骨折，鼻部血管异常,脑脊液漏，肺结核，）；
3.气切患者；
4.先天性心脏病或肺部疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The guardian refuses to sign the informed consent;
2. There is at least one high-flow contraindication (epistomiasis, known or suspected skull base fracture or abnormality, nasal blockage, nasal bone fracture, abnormal nasal blood vessels, cerebrospinal fluid leakage, pulmonary tuberculosis,);
3. Tracheostomy patients;
4. Congenital heart disease or lung disease.
