研究目的：

通过采用开放性、前瞻性、多中心、随机对照、优效性临床试验研究，观察低剂量博来霉素联合OK-432局部注射术中损伤暴露腮腺腺泡创面对预防腮腺良性肿瘤术后涎瘘发生的有效性和安全性，同时缩短术后绷带加压包扎时间。与常规对照组（单纯术后绷带加压包扎、禁酸饮食并口服阿托品）相比，可以有效降低腮腺术后涎瘘发生率，提高患者术后生活质量及满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy and safety of low-dose bleomycin combined with OK-432 local injection in the prevention of salivary fistula after parotid benign tumor surgery, and to shorten the time of bandage. Compared with the conventional control group (simple bandage pressure bandage, acid free diet and oral atropine), it can effectively reduce the incidence of salivary fistula after parotid gland surgery, improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

⑴患者签署知情同意书当天的年龄为18周岁及以上 ，75周岁以下；
⑵诊断为腮腺良性肿瘤，并需行肿瘤切除及腮腺部分切除；
⑶生命体征稳定，经常规检查表明可耐受手术者；
⑷患者精神状态良好、能遵循医嘱，定期复诊者；
⑸理解并愿意参加本项临床试验并提供签署的知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

(1) the age of patients on the day of signing the informed consent was 18 years old and above, and under 75 years old;

(2) benign tumor of parotid gland was diagnosed, and tumor resection and partial parotidectomy were needed;

(3) patients whose vital signs are stable and regular examination shows that they can tolerate surgery;

(4) the patients are in good mental state, can follow the doctor's advice, and have regular follow-up visits;

(5) understand and be willing to participate in the clinical trial and provide the signed informed consent;

排除标准：

⑴已存在的基础疾病会影响到伤口愈合（如自身免疫病）；
⑵诊断为腮腺恶性肿瘤，需同期行腮腺全切及颈部淋巴清扫，术后需行放化疗患者；
⑶患者是孕妇、在筛选期为哺乳期女性或计划在研究结束后半年内怀孕的女性；
⑷难以控制的高血糖（如HbA1c >12.0%）；
⑸有严重未控制的疾病或全身急性感染者及合并其他严重心、肺、脑病等严重脏器疾病者；
⑹合并有精神类疾病的患者；
⑺研究人员认为不宜纳入者；
⑻患者在过去任何时间参加这项研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) the existing basic diseases will affect the wound healing (such as autoimmune diseases);

(2) patients diagnosed as parotid malignant tumor need to undergo total parotidectomy and neck lymph node dissection at the same time, and postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy;

(3) the patients were pregnant women, lactating women in the screening period or women planning to be pregnant within half a year after the end of the study;

(4) uncontrollable hyperglycemia (such as HbA1c > 12.0%);

(5) patients with severe uncontrolled diseases or acute systemic infection and other severe heart, lung and brain diseases;

(6) patients with mental diseases;

(7) the researchers think it is not suitable to be included;

(8) patients participated in this study at any time in the past.
