研究目的：

本研究对行腹腔镜手术患者进行回顾性分析，探讨术后AKI 与术中高血压的关系，为预防腹腔镜患者术后 AKI 提供重要理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study retrospectively analyzed the relationship between postoperative AKI and intraoperative hypertension in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery to provide an important theoretical basis for prevention of postoperative AKI.

纳入标准：

纳入2011年10月-2017年7月于中南大学湘雅三医院接受单次腹腔手术的患者，性别不限、ASAI-IV级

Inclusion criteria

Patients who underwent a single abdominal operation at Xiangya Third Hospital of Central South University from October 2011 to July 2017, regardless of sex, ASAI-IV

排除标准：

年龄＜60岁；术前估计肾小球滤过率（eGFR）＜60ml/min/1.73 ㎡；关键临床数据缺失

Exclusion criteria：

Age < 60 years; estimated preoperative glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 60ml/min/1.73m2; absence of key clinical data
