研究目的：

本研究通过右美托咪定复合丙泊酚用于无痛内镜诊疗术，观察其对患者早期认知功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, dexmedetomidine combined with propofol was used in endoscopic surgery to observe its effect on patients'early cognitive function

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

拟择期行无痛内镜治疗，ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级，年龄30～65岁。

Inclusion criteria

Scheduled for selective painless endoscopic therapy, ASA Grade I-II, Aged 30-65 years.

排除标准：

术前有严重心血管系统疾病，房室传导阻滞，肝肾功能异常，肥胖（体重指数＞25kg/m2）及右美托咪定过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe cardiovascular diseases, atrioventricular block, abnormal liver and kidney function, obesity (BMI > 25kg/m2) and dexmedetomidine allergy were excluded.
