研究目的：

1 调查 RA患者跌倒恐惧的临床特征； 2 分析 RA患者跌倒恐惧发生的相关因素； 3 评估简明 FES-I 应用于 RA患者跌倒恐惧测量的信效度； 4 进行运动想象疗法与太极平衡三式联合应用缓解RA患者跌倒恐惧的效果评价；  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate the clinical characteristics of fall fear in RA patients; 2 to analyze the related factors of fall fear in RA patients; 3 to evaluate the reliability and validity of simple FES-I in the measurement of fall fear in RA patients; 4 to evaluate the effect of exercise imagination therapy combined with Taiji balance to alleviate fall fear in RA patients;

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①本院风湿科住院及门诊的RA患者, 参考2010年ACR/EULAR (European
League Against Rheumatism, EULAR) RA 分类标准；②使用/不使用助行器能独立行走；
③年龄＞18岁；④对本研究知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

① For RA patients in and out of rheumatology department of our hospital, refer to the 2010ACR/EULAR (European
League Against Rheumatism, EULAR) classification standard; ② walking independently with or without walker; ③ age > 18 years; ④ informed consent for this study.

排除标准：

①心、脑、肺、肾等重要脏器合并症或并发症；②罹患影响步态的相关疾病
如神经系统疾病、骨骼肌肉系统疾病等；③认知、言语、听力障碍；④过去一年内有骨折、
手术及关节置换史。

Exclusion criteria：

① Complications of heart, brain, lung, kidney and other important organs; ② related diseases affecting gait, such as nervous system diseases and skeletal muscle system diseases; ③ cognitive, speech and hearing disorders; ④ fracture, operation and joint replacement history in the past year.
