研究目的：

明确高血压患者治疗前后心肌FAPI显像的特征，分析其与临床指标及预后的关系，评估心肌纤维化显像检测心肌纤维化应用于高血压患者的临床价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the characteristics of myocardial FAPI imaging before and after treatment in hypertensive patients, analyze its relationship with clinical indicators and prognosis, and evaluate the clinical value of myocardial fibrosis imaging in detecting myocardial fibrosis in hypertensive patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.临床确诊的高血压患者；
2.能够完成检查；
3.相关检查排除系统性炎症或感染性疾病。

Inclusion criteria

①Clinically diagnosed patients with hypertension. ②No other cardiovascular or systemic diseases that can cause myocardial hypertrophy, such as aortic stenosis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, amyloidosis, etc.; ③No history of coronary heart disease or myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction are also excluded from relevant examinations; ④ No cardiomyopathy; ⑤Related examination to exclude systemic inflammation or infectious diseases; ⑥No history of malignant tumor; ⑦No obvious other systemic diseases.

排除标准：

1.其他能够引起心肌肥厚的心脏或者系统性疾病，如主动脉瓣狭窄、肥厚性心肌病、淀粉样变性等；
2.冠心病、心梗病史，相关检查亦有冠心病及心肌梗死；
3.心肌病；
4.恶性肿瘤病史；
5.明显的其它系统性疾病。
