研究目的：

主要目的：建立OSAHS患者嗓音特征数据库，定性主要/次要发病部位，定量病变组织，开发通过OSAHS的新型诊疗方式。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To establish a voice characteristic database of OSAHS patients, to characterize the primary/secondary disease site, to quantify the lesion tissue, and to develop a new diagnosis and treatment method for OSAHS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1. 以睡眠打鼾伴夜间呼吸暂停为主诉的患者，入院行多导睡眠检查；
2. 年龄大于15周岁；
3. 符合《阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征诊治指南（2011 年修订版）》的诊断标准，即每夜 7 h 睡眠呼吸过程中呼吸暂停及低通气反复发作 30 次以上或呼吸暂停低通气指数（AHI）≥ 5 次 /h；
4. 患者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with sleep snoring and nocturnal apnea as the main complaint are admitted to the hospital for polysomnography;
2. Aged over 15 years old;
3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome (Revised 2011)", that is, repeated episodes of apnea and hypopnea more than 30 times during sleep breathing for 7 hours per night or apnea-hypopnea Index (AHI) >= 5 times/h;
4. The patient signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 有呼吸道急性病史者；
2. 有上呼吸道外伤及手术史；
3. 有严重言语障碍和认知障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with a history of acute respiratory illness;
2. Have a history of upper respiratory tract trauma and surgery;
3. Those with severe speech impairment and cognitive impairment.
