研究目的：

全关节置换术是目前最成功的外科手术之一，患者满意度高，需求不断增长。虽然手术成功率高，但术后并发症的发生率仍然明显。迄今为止的研究主要集中在术前危险因素。但是具体的高风险队列还没有明确定义。这项研究的目的是分析TJA术后并发症的发生率和危险因素，为临床预防术后并发症提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Total joint replacement（TJA）continues to be one of the most successful surgical procedures performed with high patient satisfaction and a growing demand. Although the surgical success rate is high, the incidence of postoperative complications is still significant. The relevant research so far has mainly focused on preoperative risk factors. However, the specific high-risk cohort has not been clearly defined. The purpose of this study is to analyze the incidence and risk factors of postoperative complications of TJA, and provide a reference for clinical prevention of postoperative complications.

纳入标准：

年龄＞18岁；所有接受初次全髋关节置换或者全膝关节置换的患者。

Inclusion criteria

age?≥?18 years; patients undergoing initial total hip replacement or total knee replacement.

排除标准：

关节感染病史局部使用抗生素二次置换术；翻修手术；合并多种手术。

Exclusion criteria：

history of joint infections; topical antibiotics; secondary replacement surgery; revision surgery; combined multiple operations.
