研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨阴道益生菌治疗是否可以提高宫颈HPV感染清除率以及宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)I患者病变消除率。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to investigate whether vaginal probiotic treatment could improve the clearance of cervical HPV infection and the clearance of lesions in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) I.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：25-65岁；
2.TCT：ASCUS、LSIL、HPV16/18阳性或HPV other 12持续阳性（间隔1年），阴道镜活检诊断为CIN I 或TCT：ASCUS、LSIL或正常，HPV16/18/other12种阳性，阴道镜活检无CIN I。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 25-65 years;
2.TCT: ASCUS, LSIL, HPV16/18 positive or HPV other 12 positive (1 year interval), colposcopy biopsy diagnosed as CIN I or TCT: ASCUS, LSIL or normal, HPV16/18/other12 positive, no CIN I on colposcopy biopsy.

排除标准：

1.TCT：ASC-H或HSIL或腺上皮病变；
2.宫颈手术史；
3.妊娠或哺乳；
4.自身免疫性疾病或免疫缺陷疾病（SLE、SS、AIDS等）；
5.长期服用免疫抑制药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. TCT: ASC-H or HSIL or glandular epithelial lesions;
2. History of cervical surgery;
3. Pregnancy or breastfeeding;
4. Autoimmune diseases or immunodeficiency diseases (SLE, SS, AIDS, etc.);
5. Long-term use of immunosuppressive drugs.
