研究目的：

主要目的：99TC-MDP治疗SAPHO综合征的疗效和机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To investigate the effect and mechanism of 99TC-MDP on SAPHO syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合上述SAPHO综合征诊断标准；
2.骨关节病变骨扫描上表现为放射性浓聚；
3.随访时间≥12月；
4.年龄18-70岁。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for SAPHO syndrome;
2.Intense radioactive uptake of related osteoarthropathy on bone scan;
3.Follow-up time >=12 months;
4.Aged 18 to 70 years.

排除标准：

1. 化脓性骨髓炎；
2. 感染性掌跖脓疱病或掌跖角化病者；
3. 弥漫性特发性骨肥厚；
4. 维甲酸治疗后骨关节病；
5.痛风性膝关节炎；
6.严重肝肾疾病；
7.创伤性关节炎。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suppurative osteomyelitis;
2. Infectious palmoplantar pustulosis or palmoplantar keratosis;
3. Diffuse idiopathic hyperostosis;
4. Osteoarthropathy after retinoic acid treatment;
5. Gouty knee arthritis;
6. Severe liver and kidney disease;
7. Traumatic arthritis.
