研究目的：

1.基于远期随访探索绝经后女性血脂异常与骨质疏松症发生的因果关系； 2.观察脂代谢水平对骨转换指标及骨质疏松性骨折的影响以及中医证候信息。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Exploring the causal relationship between dyslipidemia and osteoporosis in postmenopausal women based on long-term follow-up study; 2.Observing the influence of lipid metabolism level on bone turnover indicators and osteoporotic fractures, as well as TCM syndrome information.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.绝经后女性；
2.45岁<=年龄<65岁；
3.骨密度测量T-值>-2.5；
4.签署知情同意书，被调查者自愿参与本调查。

Inclusion criteria

1.Postmenopausal women;
2.Aged 45 to 65 years;
3.T-value of bone density measurement>-2.5;
4.Sign the informed consent form, and the respondent voluntarily participates in this survey.

排除标准：

1.既往发生脆性骨折事件；
2.患有精神疾患，或无法配合完成试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.People who have had fragility fractures in the past;
2.People who suffer from mental illness or who cannot cooperate to complete the study.
