研究目的：

本研究的目的在于从基因层面探索癫痫患儿人群中单个个体对于多种抗癫痫药物不同的应答反应，为病患人群制订个体化、精准化、高效化一体的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the different responses of a single individual to a variety of antiepileptic drugs in children with epilepsy from the genetic level, and to formulate an individualized, precise and efficient treatment plan for the patient population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.根据临床发作及脑电图检查结果确诊为癫痫；
2.可以明确癫痫类型或癫痫综合征；
3.服用抗癫痫药物达到药物最低药物剂量（如丙戊酸钠，20mg/kg）；
4.规律服用抗癫痫药物，且维持最低药物剂量持续3个月以上。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosis of epilepsy based on clinical seizures and EEG results;
2. The type of epilepsy or epilepsy syndrome can be identified;
3. Take antiepileptic drugs to reach the lowest drug dose (such as sodium valproate, 20mg/kg);
4. Regularly take antiepileptic drugs, and maintain the lowest drug dose for more than 3 months.

排除标准：

1.包含多种发作类型；
2.服用抗癫痫药物期间同时长期服用其他类型药物（如激素、免疫抑制剂等）；
3.明确为发育性癫痫性脑病（DEE）者（目前已知的DEE相关的96个基因以及MECP2等）；
4.明确代谢性癫痫（GLUT1基因缺陷）、甘氨酸脑病等；
5.起始应用多种抗癫痫药物，而无法明确单药疗效的；
6.依从性较差，无法规律服药者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contains a variety of seizure types;
2. Long-term use of other types of drugs (such as hormones, immunosuppressants, etc.) while taking antiepileptic drugs;
3. Those who are identified as developmental epileptic encephalopathy (DEE) (currently known DEE-related 96 genes and MECP2, etc.);
4. Identify metabolic epilepsy (GLUT1 gene defect), glycine encephalopathy, etc.;
5. Initial application of multiple antiepileptic drugs, but the efficacy of a single drug cannot be determined;
6. Poor compliance, unable to take medicine regularly.
