研究目的：

探讨DKK1表达对前列腺癌侵袭转移的作用机制，DKK1在前列腺癌中的表达及对前列腺癌的进展的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the mechanism of DKK1 expression on invasion and metastasis of prostate cancer, as well as the expression of DKK1 in prostate cancer and its effect on the progression of prostate cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 25-90岁。
2. 前列腺癌已接受化疗、手术治疗、靶向治疗或无合并其他肿瘤者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 25-90 years;
2. Prostate cancer has received chemotherapy, surgery, targeted therapy or no other tumors.

排除标准：

1. 近期使用过可能影响PSA的药物（如他汀类、噻嗪类及其他利尿剂、NSAIDS、雄激素及其衍生物、5-α还原酶抑制剂）；
2. 近期有前列腺炎、尿路感染或有近期前列腺操作史患者（即1周内进行直肠检查，1个月内进行前列腺活检、手术或膀胱镜检查）；
3. 存在其他代谢性骨骼疾病的病史，如骨佩吉特病或原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Recently used drugs that may affect PSA (such as statins, thiazides and other diuretics, NSAIDS, androgens and their derivatives, 5-alpha reductase inhibitors);
2. Patients with recent prostatitis, urinary tract infection or recent history of prostate operation (i.e. rectal examination within 1 week, prostate biopsy, surgery or cystoscopy within 1 month);
3. A history of other metabolic bone diseases, such as Paget's disease of bone or primary hyperparathyroidism.
