研究目的：

观察术前行右侧星状神经节阻滞对腹腔镜胆囊切除患者术后内脏痛与肩痛的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of pre-operative right stellate ganglion block on visceral pain and shoulder pain after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术；
2. 年龄18-65岁，ASA I-II级；
3. 充分说明临床试验内容后，自愿加入并签署知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy;
2. Aged 18-65 years, ASA I-II;
3. Volunteer and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 合并急性胆囊炎、化脓性腹膜炎的病人；
2. 对局麻药物过敏的病人；
3. 目前正在接受抗凝治疗或凝血功能障碍者；
4. 严重高血压、心律失常或心功能不全的患者；
5. 有自主神经系统、中枢神经系统疾病的患者；
6. 甲状腺功能亢进或减退的患者；
7. 长期口服镇静剂和β受体阻滞剂的病人；
8. 术前有慢性疼痛病史或频繁使用镇痛药物的病人；
9. 肝肾功能异常的病人；
10. 被判断为缺乏同意能力的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with acute cholecystitis or purulent peritonitis;
2. Known hypersensitivity to local anesthetic;
3. Patients receiving anticoagulant therapy or with hemostatic disorders;
4. Patients with severe hypertension or arrhythmia or cardiac insufficiency;
5. Diseases of the autonomic or central nervous system;
6. Hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism;
7. History of treatment with long-term oral tranquilizers or β-blockers;
8. History of chronic pain or frequent use of analgesics;
9. Patients with liver or renal dysfunction;
10. Patients lack of judgement and consent.
