研究目的：

观察老年急性髓系白血病患者经诱导缓解后，输注KIR不合异基因NK细胞能否进一步清除体内的残留白血病细胞，延长患者的完全缓解时间及总生存时间。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe weather infusion KIR mismatched allogenetic NK cells to elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia who achieved remission after induction could prolong the RFS and OS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究采用前瞻性的临床研究方法，初发老年急性髓系白血病患者20例，给予DCAG方案诱导，缓解后输注KIR配型不合的异基因NK细胞，后观察患者的无复发生存期(RFS)、总生存期（OS）和不良反应。并与既往未使用NK细胞的但使用DCAG方案的老年急性髓系白血病患者的数据进行比较，比较两者的RFS、OS和不良反应。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

A prospective study was conducted in this study. It is expected to collect about 20 cases of elderly acute myeloid leukemia. DCAG regimen was given to induce and consolidate chemotherapy for 6 courses.,then KIR mismatch allogeneic NK cells were infused.The RFS, OS and adverse reactions were compared to the elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia receiving DCAG regimen 6 courses only. 

纳入标准：

1）年龄大于60岁且小于80岁；2）性别：男女不限； 3）确诊急性髓系白血病；4）能体评分（ECOG评分）≤1分；5）心功能正常：射血分数≥50%；6）肝、肾功能正常；总胆红素≤35umol/L，AST/ALT在正常值上限2倍以下，血肌酐≤130umol/L；7）受试者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Aged above 60 years and less than 80 years;
2) male and female;
3) Acute myeloid leukemia was diagnosed;
4）ECOG score≤1;
5）EF≥50%;
6）Liver and kidney function are normal, TB<35umol/L, AST/ALT below 2 times the upper limit of normal value, and serum creatinine < 130 umol/L.
7) Subjects signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1）治疗前合并严重感染者；
2）其他不符合入选标准的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with severe infection before treatment;
2) Other cases that do not meet the selection criteria.
