本课题通过比较先心病病人的科普宣教和常规宣教，评价科普宣教与常规宣教相比，是否对患儿监护人焦虑，患儿近远期临床转归，营养，发育这些指标存在影响，对于指导先心病具有现实意义。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the propaganda and routine propaganda of patients with congenital heart disease, this subject evaluates whether the propaganda and routine propaganda have an impact on the anxiety of guardians, short-term and long-term clinical outcome, nutrition and development of children, which is of practical significance for guiding congenital heart disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

临床表现、体征、心脏彩色超声、CT、心电图检查结果，经心脏外科手术确诊。

Inclusion criteria

Clinical manifestations, signs, color echocardiography, CT and electrocardiogram findings were confirmed by cardiac surgery.

排除标准：

常见的综合征型先天性心脏病且不合并其他畸形：如迪乔治综合征、21-三体综合征、18-三体综合征。

Exclusion criteria：

Common syndromic congenital heart disease with incompatibility with other malformations: DiGeorge's syndrome, trisomy 21 syndrome, trisomy 18 syndrome.
