研究目的：

本研究将制定针对心外科术后重症患者的安全、可行、有效的早期渐进式分级康复方案，从而改善患者病情预后、促进运动功能恢复、提高生活质量、维护精神心理健康、降低住院天数及费用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will develop a safe, feasible and effective early progressive graded rehabilitation program for severe patients after cardiac surgery. In order to improve the prognosis of patients, promote the recovery of motor function, improve the quality of life, maintain mental and mental health, reduce hospitalization days and costs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

本中心心脏外科术后成人患者。
符合以下情况之一：
① 血管活性药物指数：10-20；
② Euroscore评分为中危（http://www.euroscore.org/calc.html）；
ApacheⅡ评分：10-20。

Inclusion criteria

Adult patients after cardiac surgery in our center with one of the following conditions:
1. vasoactive drug index 10 ≤ 20;
2. Euroscore score as medium risk (http://www.euroscore.org/calc.html); Apache II score 10 ±20.

排除标准：

1.不同意签署康复知情同意书的患者；
2.有使用康复治疗活动的绝对禁忌症（如：有活动性出血）：
3.ECMO辅助或有禁翻身医嘱的情况；
4.使用肌松药期间。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who do not agree to sign informed consent to rehabilitation;
2. absolute contraindications for the use of rehabilitation activities (e.g. active bleeding);
3. ECMO assisted or prohibited turning over doctor's orders;
4. during the use of muscle relaxants.
