研究目的：

1.建立基于移动互联网的生活评估及教育模式（GLAD模式），GLAD模式主要包括：公众号科普-移动端电子化自测-患者实时监测。 2.比较甘露特钠胶囊联合GLAD模式治疗组与甘露特钠胶囊常规治疗组的有效性和安全性及依从性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish a life assessment and education model (GLAD model) based on the mobile Internet. The GLAD model mainly includes: public account science popularization-mobile terminal electronic self-test-patient real-time monitoring. 2. To compare the efficacy, safety and compliance of Mannute Sodium Capsules combined with GLAD mode treatment group and Mannute Sodium Capsules conventional treatment group.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.能够签署书面知情同意书（或由患者的照护者在患者的授权下进行签署）；
2.病情程度为轻、中度的认知障碍患者，即简易智力状态检查量表（MMSE）总分：11分≤MMSE总分≤26分（小学文化程度受试者11分≤MMSE总分≤22分）；
3.正在或计划甘露特钠胶囊治疗；
4.研究者判断，与患者保持频繁、充分的接触（每周至少4日，每日至少2小时）；
5.照料者能够使用智能手机完成信息填写以及评估等操作。

Inclusion criteria

1. Ability to sign a written informed consent form (or signed by the patient's caregiver with the patient's authorization);
2. For patients with mild or moderate cognitive impairment, the total score of the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE): 11 points <= MMSE total score <= 26 points (primary school education subjects 11 points <= MMSE total score <= 22 points);
3. Currently or planning to be treated with mannat sodium capsules;
4. According to the investigator's judgment, maintain frequent and sufficient contact with patients (at least 4 days a week, at least 2 hours a day);
5. Caregivers can use smartphones to complete information and assessments.
