研究目的：

1.研究中国汉族孤独症儿童的肠道微生物群落数量和种类与正常健康儿童肠道微生物群落的区别。 2.对唾液、血液、尿液、粪便中的氧化应激水平、抗氧化水平进行检测与评估，从而为孤独症谱系障碍诊断及致病机制的研究提供重要科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the differences in the number and types of gut microbial communities between Chinese Han children with autism and normal healthy children. 2. To detect and evaluate the oxidative stress level and antioxidant level in saliva, blood, urine and feces, so as to provide an important scientific basis for the diagnosis and pathogenic mechanism of autism spectrum disorder.

纳入标准：

在武汉儿童医院儿童保健科确诊为孤独症谱系障碍的儿童。

Inclusion criteria

Children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in the Children's Health Department of Wuhan Children's Hospital.

排除标准：

近2周有抗生素及益生菌使用者。

Exclusion criteria：

There have been antibiotics and probiotics users in the past 2 weeks.

ASD组选用在武汉儿童医院儿童保健科确诊为孤独症谱系障碍的儿童，由主治医生会诊确定。对照组的选用由医生采用分层随机抽样的方法进行挑选。

In the ASD group, children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in the Child Health Department of Wuhan Children's Hospital were selected and determined by the attending doctor. The selection of the control group was selected by doctors using a stratified random sampling method.
