研究TECNIS Symfony IOL用于白内障治疗的不同微单视设计方案，明确获得最佳光学视觉质量的精准微单视设计方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of our study is to investigate the improvement of binocular depth of focus after bilateral implantation of TECNIS Symfony IOLs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

双眼白内障患者，年龄40-80岁，术前屈光度等效球镜（spherical equivalent, SE），术前角膜散光≤-0.75D, Kappa角（瞳孔轴与视轴夹角）≤0.5mm， 术前双眼视网膜潜视力（potential visual acuity）≥0.6，术后角膜散光≤-0.75D，双眼植入EDOF IOL晶体。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with binocular cataract plan to implant EDOF IOL (Symfony) in both eyes
Aged 40-80 years old
Preoperative corneal astigmatism ≤ 0.75D
Kappa angle (angle between pupil axis and optic axis) ≤ 0.5mm
Potential binocular visual acuity ≥ 0.6

排除标准：

明确影响视力的全身疾病史及全身用药史，全身情况已并发视网膜病变，血糖未经严格控制的糖尿病患者，严重的眼部疾病史，眼部外伤史，眼部手术史，严重干眼及眼表疾病史，斜视、弱视病史，瞳孔异常，晶体及悬韧带异常

Exclusion criteria：

?Concurrent participation or participation in any other clinical study within 30 days prior to the preoperative visit
?Ocular disease (other than cataract) that may significantly affect postoperative vision, such as visually significant keratopathy, macular lesions, diabetic retinopathy, chronic or severe uveitis, etc.
?Prior corneal refractive (LASIK, LASEK, RK, PRK, etc.) or intraocular surgery, including prophylactic peripheral iridotomies and peripheral laser retinal repairs
? Irregular corneal astigmatism
?Subjects with conditions associated with increased risk of zonular rupture, including capsular or zonular abnormalities that may lead to IOL decentration or tilt, such as pseudo exfoliation, trauma, or posterior capsule defects
?Any other systemic disease that, in the opinion of the investigator, may affect the patients eligibility for the study, affect visual acuity or may require surgical intervention during the course of the study
