研究目的：

探索歌唱训练对稳定期COPD患者肺功能、运动耐力、生活质量、血清炎症因子和肠道菌群等方面的影响，为形成科学合理的肺康复运动处方提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of singing training on lung function, exercise endurance, quality of life, serum inflammatory factors and intestinal flora of stable COPD patients, and to provide a theoretical basis for the formation of scientific and reasonable lung rehabilitation exercise prescription.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合GOLD2020，COPD诊断标准（支气管扩张剂后FEV1/FVC＜0.7）；
2. 年龄＞40岁；
3. BMI指数在18-36 kg/m^2。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet GOLD2020, COPD diagnostic criteria (FEV1/FVC < 0.7 after bronchodilator);
2. Aged > 40 years;
3. BMI 18-36 kg/m^2.

排除标准：

1. 急性发作，近1个月来用药改变；
2. 病情严重，需要辅助吸氧或呼吸机支持治疗；
3.不能耐受完成肺康复训练；
4. 认知障碍者；
5. 存在严重合并症，如心胸外科手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute attack, medication change in recent 1 month;
2. If the patient is in serious condition, oxygen or ventilator support is needed;
3. Unable to tolerate the completion of pulmonary rehabilitation training;
4. With cognitive impairment;
5. There are serious complications, such as a history of cardiothoracic surgery.
