(1) 评估四肢骨和软组织肉瘤患者中保肢手术的发生率 (2) 确定更有可能接受保肢手术的肉瘤患者的特征 (3) 比较骨和软组织肉瘤患者接受保肢和截肢手术的生存率  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To evaluate the incidence of limb salvage procedures with calendar year among patients with extremity bone and soft tissue (EBST) sarcomas (2) to identify the characteristics of sarcomas patients who more likely to receive limb salvage procedures (3) to compare the survival of patients with EBST sarcomas after receiving limb salvage and amputation.

纳入标准：

1973年1月1日至2017年12月31日在SEER数据库中登记的诊断为四肢骨和软组织肉瘤的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with extremity bone and soft tissue sarcomas between January 1, 1973, and December 31, 2017, from the SEER database.

排除标准：

排除尸检诊断或仅凭死亡证明的患者，没有明确诊断年龄、收入、教育水平和生存时间数据的患者也被排除在本研究中

Exclusion criteria：

Patients were excluded if the diagnosis was made at autopsy or obtained solely from the death certificate, and those without definite data on age at diagnosis, income, educational level, and survival time were also excluded in this study
