研究目的：

比较双眼同治和传统遮盖在儿童屈光参差性弱视治疗中的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of a binocular game with part-time patching in the treatment of children with anisometropic amblyopia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

单眼中重度屈光参差性弱视；
弱视诊断根据按照弱视诊断专家共识(2011)，最佳矫正视力低于同年龄正常儿童视力或双眼最佳矫正视力相差两行及以上；
3-12岁，能配合检查；
受试者或其授权人已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

moderate to severe monocular anisometropic amblyopia;
meet the diagnostic criteria of amblyopia
aged 3 to 12 years and able to finish the examination;
assigned consent.

排除标准：

除屈光不正外，存在其他影响视力和立体视的眼部或全身疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Any diseases which may affect the results of visual acuity and stereoacuity.
