研究目的：

本研究拟通过PPK/PD方法为静脉用伏立康唑在肝移植术后早期的合理应用与个体化治疗提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to provide a reference for the rational application and individualized treatment of intravenous voriconazole in the early stage after liver transplantation by population pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic method.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.肝移植术后1个月以内；
3.接受静脉用伏立康唑。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged >=18 years;
2.Within 1 month after liver transplantation;
3.Receiving intravenous voriconazole.

排除标准：

1.用药期间使用ECMO治疗；
2.用药期间合用强效的CYP450酶的诱导剂或抑制剂；
3.重要的给药信息或伏立康唑浓度或临床数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Application of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation;
2.Concomitant use of strong CYP450 enzyme inhibitors or inducers;
3.Absence of important dosing information or voriconazole concentrations or clinical data.
