Objectives of Study：

Compare the effect of Gastric Tissue Glue Injection and Clip-Assisted Gastric Tissue Glue Injection On Secondary Prophylaxis Of Gastric Varices.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为肝硬化.
2.既往有胃静脉曲张（GOV2型或IGV1型）出血史.
3.存在胃肾分流.

Inclusion criteria

1. Cirrhosis;
2. Patients who had bled from GOV2 or IGV1;
3. Presence of gastrorenal shunt.

排除标准：

1.胃底静脉曲张既往有包括内镜治疗，NSBB，TIPS或手术治疗.
2.非肝硬化门脉高压症.
3.内镜下胃底组织胶注射或钛夹辅助组织胶注射禁忌.
4.门静脉海绵样变性.
5.肝肾综合征.
6.证实包括肝细胞癌在内的恶性肿瘤或其它将缩短患者寿命的疾病.
7.肾脏替代治疗下的末期肾病.
8.心肺功能衰竭.
9.孕妇或者受试者拒绝参加试验.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous treatment of gastric varices, including endoscopic therapy, NSBB, TIPS, or surgery;
2. Non-cirrhotic portal hypertension;
3. Contraindications to the treatment of tissue glue or endoscopic titanium clip assisted the treatment of tissue glue;
4. Portal cavernoma;
5. Hepatorenal syndrome;
6. Proven malignancy including hepatocellular carcinoma;
7. End-stage renal disease under renal replacement therapy;
8. Cardiorespiratory failure;
9. Pregnancy or patients not giving informed consent for procedures.
