研究目的：

探讨qLabs凝血检测仪联合抗凝云平台管理在心脏机械瓣膜置换术后患者口服华法林抗凝治疗的应用效果，分析其可行性，为换瓣术后抗凝随访管理寻求新模式。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the application of qLabs coagulation detector combined with anticoagulation cloud platform management in oral warfarin anticoagulation therapy for patients after mechanical valve replacement, and to explore a new model for follow-up management of anticoagulation after valve replacement.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18-65岁，心脏机械瓣膜置换术后病情稳定，长期口服华法林抗凝患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged 18 to 65-year-old with stable condition after mechanical heart valve replacement and long-term oral warfarin anticoagulation

排除标准：

剔除行 Bentall 术、孙氏手术+主动脉瓣置换术、机械瓣膜置换+冠状动脉旁路移植术、感染性心内膜炎、人工生物瓣置换术患者、合并有严重肝肾功能不全患者及 18 岁以下患者；除外患者随诊时间不满1年、随访期间 2 次复查检测 INR 的时间间隔超过 90 天、随访期间门诊复查 INR 检测次数少于 3 次；除外不选择坚持在我院门诊复查的患者；除外华法林过敏、同时服用其他抗血小板药、 抗凝药及维生素 K 等药物者；除外孕产妇及精神疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

All patients underwent Bentall, Sun's aortic valve replacement, mechanical valve replacement, coronary artery bypass grafting, infective endocarditis and artificial biological valve replacement, complicated with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency and patients under 18 years of age. Except that the follow-up time was less than 1 year, the interval between two reexamination and detection of INR was more than 90 days during the follow-up period, and the number of INR tests was less than 3 times during the follow-up period, except the patients who did not choose to insist on the follow-up in our hospital. Except warfarin allergies, while taking other antiplatelet drugs, anticoagulants and vitamins K and other drugs; except pregnant women and patients with mental illness.

按照随机原则将患者随访方式分为qLabs凝血检测仪联合抗凝云平台管理为A组新模式组和传统管理模式为B组对照组，每组均100例。

According to the principle of random follow-up, the patients were divided into two groups: qLabs coagulation detector combined with anti-coagulation cloud platform management as a new model group in group A and a control group in traditional management mode, with 100 cases in each group.
