研究目的:

利用基因组学技术,探讨痰瘀互结证与非痰瘀互结证冠心病患者 PCSK9 基因 E670G 位点多态性差异;并尝试将 PCSK9 基因与颈动脉超声联合对高脂血症患者冠心病 风险进行预测,评估其预测价值。  

Objectives of Study:

Using genomics technology, to explore the differences in the polymorphism of PCSK9 gene E670G locus in patients with coronary heart disease with phlegm-stasis syndrome and non-phlegm-stasis syndrome; And try to combine PCSK9 gene and carotid artery ultrasound to predict the risk of coronary heart disease in patients with hyperlipidemia, and evaluate its predictive value.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.符合《中国成人血脂异常防治指南(2016修订版)》中对于高脂血症诊断;
2.冠心病病史明确,能有冠脉造影或冠脉CT明确或除外冠心病;
3.年龄在18-75周岁,民族为汉族;
4.久居地为北京市;
5.自愿参加试验,签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Conform to the diagnosis of hyperlipidemia in the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Chinese Adults (2016 Revised Edition);
2. The history of coronary heart disease is clear, and coronary angiography or coronary CT can confirm or exclude coronary heart disease;
3. Aged 18-75 years, and the nationality is Han;
4. Long-term residence is Beijing;
5. Those who voluntarily participated in the trial and signed the informed consent.

排除标准:

1.明确诊断为继发性高脂血症者;
2.有恶性肿瘤,血液系统疾病或者有免疫功能缺陷者;
3.肝功能不全者(谷丙转氨酶,谷草转氨酶升高正常值2倍以上);
4.肾功能不全者(血清肌酐升高正常值1.5倍以上);
5.合并能够引起体内激素变化的疾病,如垂体瘤,甲状腺功能障碍,肾上腺素瘤,库欣综合征等;
6.因现患疾病需要长期使用激素治疗者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Those with a clear diagnosis of secondary hyperlipidemia;
2. Patients with malignant tumors, blood system diseases or immunodeficiency;
3. Liver insufficiency (alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase increased by more than 2 times the normal value);
4. Patients with renal insufficiency (serum creatinine increased by more than 1.5 times the normal value);
5. Combination of diseases that can cause hormonal changes in the body, such as pituitary tumors, thyroid dysfunction, epinephrine tumors, Cushing's syndrome, etc.;
6. Those who need long-term hormone therapy due to existing diseases.
