研究目的：

1.通过可见光下的白睛无影成像采集系统采集白睛眼象特征并建立糖脂代谢病1期、糖脂代谢病2期人群、糖脂代谢病3期人群及不同证候的白睛眼象特征数据库。 2.基于采集的四方位白睛眼象图，利用计算机图像分析和人工智能技术对白睛眼象特征进行提取和分类，通过统计学分析糖脂代谢病不同分期及中医证候白睛眼象的表现及其变化特征，初步揭示糖脂代谢病及其证型与白睛眼象特征的对应变化关系。 3.通过机器学习，挖掘基于四方位白睛眼象特征变化的糖脂代谢病及其中医证候诊断模型，并对模型进行验证和优化，进而研发出一套糖脂代谢病目诊诊断标准，用于糖脂代谢病的早期预警、筛查分类、辅助诊断、风险评估。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Through the white eye shadowless imaging under visible light, the collection system collects the characteristics of the white eyes and establishes a database of the characteristics of the white eyes of the people with Glycolipid Metabolic Disease Stage 1, Stage 2 Glycolipid Metabolism Disease, Stage 3 of Glycolipid Metabolism Disease and different syndromes. 2. Based on the collected four-directional white-eye image, computer image analysis and artificial intelligence technology are used to extract and classify the characteristics of the white-eye image, statistical analysis of the manifestations and change characteristics of the white eyes in different stages and TCM syndromes of glucolipid metabolism disease, and the corresponding changes in the characteristics of the glucolipid metabolism diseases and their syndromes and the characteristics of the white eyes were preliminarily revealed. 3. Through machine learning, mine the diagnosis model of glucolipid metabolism disease and its TCM syndromes based on the changes of the four-sided white eye characteristics, and verify and optimize the model. Furthermore, a set of diagnostic criteria for glucolipid metabolism diseases was developed for early warning, screening classification, auxiliary diagnosis, and risk assessment of glucolipid metabolism diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合2型糖尿病前期、2型糖尿病、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病冠心病、高脂血症、非酒精性脂肪性肝病原发性高血压、动脉粥样硬化性心血管病诊断者；
2.年龄≥18岁，≤75岁；
3.患者自愿参加本研究、依从性好；
4.辨证属于肝郁脾虚证、痰湿阻滞证、湿热内蕴证、气阴两虚证、脾肾阳虚证、痰瘀互结证、阳虚浊毒证患者（诊断标准参考：糖脂代谢病（瘅浊）中西医结合诊疗技术规范）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those who meet the diagnosis of pre-type 2 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, diabetic nephropathy, diabetic coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, essential hypertension, and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease;
2. Aged 18-75 years;
3. The patients voluntarily participated in this study and had good compliance;
4. Syndrome differentiation belongs to liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome, phlegm dampness block syndrome, damp-heat internal accumulation syndrome, qi and yin deficiency syndrome, spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, and yang deficiency and turbidity syndrome (Diagnostic standard reference: Diagnosis and Treatment Specifications of Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for Diabetes and Lipid Metabolism Diseases (Convulsion)).

排除标准：

1.患者依从性差；
2.妊娠及哺乳期的妇女；
3.急性心脑血管事件、糖尿病酮症及酸中毒、高渗性昏迷等患者；
4.恶性肿瘤患者；
5.未签署知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Poor patient compliance;
2. Pregnant and lactating patients;
3. Patients with acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, diabetic ketosis, acidosis, hyperosmolar coma, etc.;
4. Patients with malignant tumor;
5. Those who did not sign informed consent.
