研究目的：

主要目的：检测磨牙症患者不同功能状态下的咀嚼肌肌电活动水平，评估3种不同类型颌垫对磨牙症患者的治疗效果，为磨牙症的治疗提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To detect the electromyographic activity of masticatory muscle in patients with bruxism under different functional states, and to evaluate the therapeutic effect of three different types of splints on patients with bruxism, so as to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of bruxism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

正常组：
1.身体健康,无神经系统疾病；
2.颞下颌关节无弹响,无疼痛,无外伤史,无占位性病变,无明显不适；
3.无肌功能障碍；
4.恒牙列,个别正常合；
5.开口度、开口型无异常；
6.未经历过正畸或修复治疗。
磨牙组：
1.身体健康,无神经系统疾病；
2.颞下颌关节无弹响,无外伤史；
3.恒牙列,个别正常合；
4.有夜磨牙或紧咬牙病史；
5.牙颌面有明显磨耗；
6.未经历过正畸或修复治疗。

Inclusion criteria

Normal group:
1. Good health, no nervous system disease;
2. The temporomandibular joint has no snapping, no pain, no history of trauma, no space-occupying lesions, and no obvious discomfort;
3. No muscle dysfunction;
4. Permanent dentition, individual normal fit;
5. There is no abnormality in the opening degree and opening type;
6. Have not experienced orthodontic or restorative treatment.
Molar group:
1. Good health, no nervous system disease;
2. No snapping of temporomandibular joint, no history of trauma;
3. Permanent dentition, individual normal fit;
4. There is a history of night grinding or clenching of teeth;
5. There is obvious wear on the teeth and maxillofacial surfaces;
6. Have not experienced orthodontic or restorative treatment.

排除标准：

不能按规定完成检测的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who are unable to complete tests as required.
