研究目的：

通过与经股动脉入路对比，评估经桡动脉入路脑血管疾病诊疗的安全性及有效性,并研发一套经桡动脉入路导管体系。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing with the transfemoral approach, the safety and efficacy of the transradial approach in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases were evaluated, and a transradial approach catheter system was developed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.因脑血管疾病需行神经介入治疗或复合手术；
3.同时适合两种入路选择；
4.知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years;
2. Neural interventional therapy or compound surgery is required due to cerebrovascular disease;
3. Suitable for two approaches at the same time;
4. Informed consent.

排除标准：

1.严重心、肝、肾功能不全；
2.Allen试验异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency;
2. The Allen test is abnormal.
