研究目的：

主要目的：采用随机对照、前瞻性的研究方法，观察全息理论指导的耳部全息铜砭刮痧在乳腺癌失眠患者健康管理中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To observe the application effect of ear holographic copper Bianstone scraping, guided by holographic theory, in the health management of breast cancer patients with insomnia by using a randomized controlled and prospective research method.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合乳腺癌及失眠的诊断标准者；
2.近一月内未服用任何与失眠相关药物及接受相关治疗者；
3.年龄为18-80岁；
4.愿意接受两个月治疗并签署知情同意书者；
5.预计生存期大于 6 个月；
6.近1个月来未参加其他临床研究；
7.匹兹堡睡眠量表（PSQI）评分＞7分；
8.自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for breast cancer and insomnia;
2. Those who have not taken any insomnia-related drugs or received related treatment in the past month;
3. Aged 18 to 80 years;
4. Those who are willing to accept two-month treatment and sign the informed consent;
5. The expected survival period is greater than 6 months;
6. Not participating in other clinical studies in the past 1 month;
7. Pittsburgh Sleep Inventory (PSQI) score > 7 points;
8. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.由于疼痛、恶心、呕吐、咳嗽等原因所导致的失眠；
2.具有耳穴贴压的禁忌症，如既往有耳朵冻疮病史者；
3.耳部皮肤破溃、红肿或有炎症，对黄铜、酒精、胶布、王不留行籽等过敏者；
4.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
5.存在严重心、脑、血管、肝、肾、血液、呼吸系统疾病患者等疾病；
6.精神病患者或需长期服用镇静类药物的患者；
7.呼吸相关性睡眠障碍、不宁腿综合征、环境性睡眠困难患者；
8.患有传染性疾病或皮肤感染有损害，不宜进行手法治疗的患者；
9.认知功能障碍患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Insomnia due to pain, nausea, vomiting, cough, etc.;
2. There are contraindications to auricular point sticking, such as those with a history of ear frostbite;
3. The skin of the ear is ulcerated, swollen or inflamed, and those who are allergic to brass, alcohol, adhesive tape, Wang Bu Liu Xing seeds, etc.;
4. Pregnant or lactating women;
5. Patients with severe heart, brain, blood vessel, liver, kidney, blood, respiratory system diseases and other diseases;
6. Mental patients or patients who need to take sedative drugs for a long time;
7. Patients with breathing-related sleep disorders, restless legs syndrome, and environmental sleep difficulties;
8. Patients who suffer from infectious diseases or skin infections and are not suitable for manual therapy;
9. Patients with cognitive impairment.
