研究目的：

采集脓毒症患者必要临床数据，借助机器学习和深度学习算法构建患者疾病发生及预后预测模型，为临床治疗提供辅助决策。  

Objectives of Study：

The necessary clinical data of sepsis patients were collected, and the prediction model of disease occurrence and prognosis of patients was constructed with the help of machine learning and deep learning algorithm, providing auxiliary decision-making for clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 18 岁及以上；
2.明确诊断脓毒症患者（Sepsis 3.0）；
3.APACHEII评分≥15分；
4.预计至少住院7天以上的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 years and above;
2. A clear diagnosis of sepsis patients (Sepsis 3.0);
3. APACHE II score >= 15 points;
4. Patients who are expected to be hospitalized for at least 7 days.

排除标准：

1.妊娠期或哺乳期的女性；
2.参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding;
2. Patients participating in other clinical trials.
