研究目的：

对比氨甲环酸浸泡的纱布与生理盐水浸泡的纱布对脊柱后路切口的填塞止血效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the hemostatic effect of gauze soaked in tranexamic acid and gauze soaked in saline on the posterior spinal filling incision.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

西安市红会医院2021年9月至2021年12月脊柱外科接受胸腰椎骨折后路植骨融合内固定手术的病人。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with spinal fracture and planned to receive operative treatment were prospectively collected at our department from Sep 2021 to Dce 2021.

排除标准：

1.多发伤；
2.肿瘤、感染或骨质疏松引起的病理性骨折；
3.并发严重基础疾病，不能耐受手术；
4.对 TXA 过敏或超敏反应史；
5.术前血栓栓塞史；
6.癫痫或其他不适合氨甲环酸的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Multiple injuries;
2. Pathological fractures caused by tumors, infections or osteoporosis;
3. Complicated with serious underlying diseases and cannot tolerate surgery;
4. History of allergy or hypersensitivity to TXA;
5. History of preoperative thromboembolism;
6. Epilepsy or other patients who are not suitable for tranexamic acid.

后路切口会暴露棘突两侧，一侧填塞盐水纱布，一侧填塞氨甲环酸纱布。由术者抛硬币决定切口哪一测填塞何种纱布。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The posterior incision will expose both sides of the spinous process, one side is packed with saline gauze, and one side is packed with tranexamic acid gauze. The surgeon toss a coin to determine which gauze to fill the incision.
