研究目的：

测定TIPS手术前后血清GP73水平的变化，对比血清GP73水平与肝脏功能及肝性脑病发病率之间的关系，研究TIPS术对肝脏功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The GP73 level of serum were measured before and after TIPS, the relationship between serum GP73 level and liver function and the incidence of hepatic encephalopathy was compared to study the influence by TIPS on liver function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.获得已签名的知情同意书；
2.18-75岁男性或女性患者；
3.确诊为肝硬化；
4.成功使用Viatorr支架完成TIPS手术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Obtain signed informed consent;
2. Male or female patients aged 18-75;
3. Diagnosed with liver cirrhosis;
4. Successful completion of the TIPS procedure using the Viatorr stent.

排除标准：

1.合并肝脏恶性肿瘤的患者；
2.既往已接受过断流或分流手术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with liver cancer;
2. Patients who have received devascularization or shunt surgery in the past.
