研究目的：

主要目的：通过回顾性队列分析孕产妇的妊娠不良结局及GDM与中孕早期（13-20周）的身体成分关系，通过获得的信息进一步在妊娠更早的时候预防GDM以及最终不良妊娠结局的发生，这对降低妊娠GDM的发病率和不良妊娠结局可能至关重要。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: to analyze the adverse pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women and the relationship between GDM and the body composition in the first half of pregnancy (13-20 weeks) through a retrospective cohort, and to use the information obtained to further prevent GDM in the earlier pregnancy and the final adverse pregnancy outcome Occurrence, which may be essential to reduce the incidence of pregnancy GDM and adverse pregnancy outcomes.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2019年-2021年我院建卡分娩且有完整记录的孕妇；
2.病史资料齐全；
3.单胎妊娠。

Inclusion criteria

1. From 2019 to 2021, pregnant women who have been given birth in our hospital and have complete records;
2. Complete medical history;
3. Singleton pregnancy.

排除标准：

1.孕前有糖尿病、遗传性高血压、染色体疾病；
2.妊娠期患传染性疾病；
3.孕期检查显示明确的胎儿畸形而进行引产；
4.孕期其他合并症（非GDM）用药对糖代谢有影响。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diabetes, hereditary hypertension, chromosomal disease before pregnancy;
2. Infectious diseases during pregnancy;
3. Induction of labor due to definite fetal malformation during pregnancy examination;
4. Other comorbidities (non-GDM) medication during pregnancy have an impact on glucose metabolism.

调取2019年-2021年6月所有我院分娩并有建卡的孕妇信息，查找病史信息中关于GDM的诊断情况及OGTT血糖值，根据诊断标准分为进一步匹配病史信息中关于中孕期的身体成分分析结果，分析GDM患病情况与 中孕期的身体成分关系，找到相关潜在指标，进一步根据其是否不良妊娠结局继续分析。
