研究目的：

主要目的： 1.了解高血压患者对于人工智能设备的态度及使用意向，以及患者对于人工智能设备在自我管理、疾病控制方面的需求； 2.验证人工智能设备对于高血压患者的自我管理行为和血压控制的有效性； 3.为现有的健康类人工智能设备提出改进方向和建议，为其在社区高血压话患者的推广提出具有可行性的方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. Explore the attitude and use intention of hypertensive patients towards artificial intelligence devices, as well as the needs of patients for artificial intelligence devices in self-management and disease control; 2. Verify the effectiveness of artificial intelligence equipment for self-management behavior and blood pressure control of patients with hypertension; 3. Put forward improvement directions and suggestions for the existing health artificial intelligence equipment, and put forward feasible schemes for its promotion in community patients with hypertension.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.顺义区、大兴区户籍居民（2年内无迁出打算）；
2.依据ICD-11 codes BA00被诊断的原发性高血压患者；
3.年龄18岁-75岁；
4.生活能自理。

Inclusion criteria

1. Residence in Shunyi District and Daxing District (no intention to move out in 2 years);
2. Patients with essential hypertension diagnosed according to ICD-11 codes BA00;
3. Aged 18 to 75 years;
4. Could take care of themselves.

排除标准：

1.有精神障碍的患者；
2.无法或拒绝签署知情同意的患者；
3.今后一年内有迁出本区打算；
4.有影响正常听说功能的疾患。
5.怀孕或打算一年内怀孕的患者；
6.不依从的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with mental disorders;
2. Patients who cannot or refuse to sign informed consent;
3. Plan to move out of the district in the next year;
4. Diseases affecting normal hearing and speaking function.
5. Patients who are pregnant or intend to become pregnant within one year;
6. Non compliant patients.
