研究目的：

1.超声引导下股神经阻滞对单侧下肢使用止血带患者七氟烷MACBAR的影响。 2.测得单侧下肢手术患者使用止血带时，七氟烷MACBAR值、相对应时间点的儿茶酚胺浓度  

Objectives of Study：

1. Ultrasound-guided femoral nerve block The effect of sevoflurane MACBAR on unilateral lower extremity using tourniquet patients. 2. Measurement of sevoflurane MACBAR value and catecholamine concentration at corresponding time points when using a tourniquet in patients with unilateral lower extremity surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

单侧下肢手术需用止血带患者，ASA I～II级，年龄18～65岁，身体质量指数(MBI) 18～30Kg／m2。

Inclusion criteria

Unilateral lower extremity surgery requires a tourniquet patient, ASA I to II, aged 18 to 65 years, body mass index (MBI) 18 to 30 Kg/m2.

排除标准：

高血压、肝肾功能不全、不能/不愿参与实验；
已知的局麻药物及吸入麻醉药物过敏的患者；
近期服用对交感肾上腺素能系统及心血管系统有影响的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

Hypertension, liver and kidney dysfunction, unable/unwilling to participate in the experiment;
Known local anesthetics and patients allergic to inhaled anesthetics;
Recently taking drugs that have an effect on the sympathetic adrenergic system and the cardiovascular system.
