研究目的：

1. 近期目标（第一阶段，2010年12月至2011年8月）： （1） 对确诊的MDS患者进行常规细胞遗传学显带分析(CC)和包括-5/5q-,+8,-7/7q-,20q-,-Y探针组合的FISH检测，建立在MDS诊断过程中的规范化的FISH检测平台。 （2） 比较FISH与常规细胞遗传学方法在检测MDS染色体异常克隆的差异；确立FISH在MDS诊断中的地位。 （3） 经多中心大样本分析，确定中国人群MDS患者的细胞遗传学特性。 2. 中远期目标（第二阶段，2010年12月至2013年3月） 对确诊的MDS患者分别给予支持治疗、化学治疗、去甲基化药物治疗或造血干细胞移植等治疗措施，随访观察疗效及疾病转归。 （1） 根据不同的CC和FISH结果，分析患者向急性白血病转化的几率以及患者的总生存时间差异，评价CC和FISH对于MDS患者的独立预后意义。 （2） 分别按照CC标准和FISH标准判断每例MDS患者的IPSS评分，观察不同评分等级的患者向急性白血病转化的几率以及总生存时间，并比较两种标准对于预后判断的差异，筛选出最佳的染色体预后评判标准。 （3） 每年一次的动态随访MDS染色体及FISH克隆演变，明确克隆演变对MDS疾病进展的预示意义。 （4） 建立中国人群MDS患者的FISH和CC数据库，明确FISH在MDS诊断/鉴别诊断及预后评估中的价值。 （5） 全面推广FISH技术在MDS诊治过程中的应用，为MDS的诊断和个体化治疗提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. First step aim: (1) Using FISH technique to identify the cytogenetic abnormalities of MDS. (2) Compare the cytogenetic abnormalities detected by FISH and conventional cytogenetic technique(CC). (3) Define the cytogenetic features of Chinese MDS patients based on large cohort of patients. 2. second step aim: (1)Evaluate the prognostic significance of the results of CC and FISH; (2)Follow up the patients once a year including bone marrow and cytogenetic informations to identify the clonal evolution and disease progression; (3)To establish the database of cytogenetic features in Chinese MDS patients.

Inclusion criteria

The newly diagnosed MDS patients according to Vienna criterion.

排除标准：

不符合维也纳MDS最低诊断标准的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

The patients do not reach the Vienna criterion of MDS.
