研究目的：

本研究旨在设计临床随机对照研究，初步探讨艾拉莫德片治疗糜烂型扁平苔藓的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to investigate the efficacy and safety of iguratimod for the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁，性别不限；
2.临床和病理诊断为糜烂型OLP，依据WHO制定标准；
3.病变面积<=3cm2；
4.有疼痛辨别能力。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years, gender is not limited;
2. Clinical and pathological diagnosis of erosive OLP, according to WHO standards;
3. Lesion area <= 3cm2;
4. Have the ability to distinguish pain.

排除标准：

1.妊娠和哺乳期妇女；
2.病损显示异常增生；
3.患有其他已确定的口腔黏膜疾病者；
4.1个月内使用过抗生素，3个月内使用过免疫抑制剂者；
5.某些药物或银汞合金充填物可能引起苔藓样反应者；
6.患有自身免疫相关疾病、糖尿病、丙肝、肿瘤等较严重影响扁平苔藓病情的系统性疾病患者；
7.不能遵医嘱用药或试验过程记录不完整，影响疗效判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant and lactating women;
2. The lesions show abnormal proliferation;
3. Those with other confirmed oral mucosal diseases;
4. Those who have used antibiotics within 1 month and immunosuppressants within 3 months;
5. Some drugs or amalgam fillings may cause lichen-like reactions;
6. Patients with systemic diseases that seriously affect the condition of lichen planus, such as autoimmune-related diseases, diabetes, hepatitis C, tumors;
7. Those who cannot follow the doctor's orders to take medication or have incomplete records of the test process, which affects the judgment of efficacy.
