研究目的：

探讨环泊酚用于无痛胃肠镜检查的有效性及安全性，是否可以替代现有的丙泊酚注射液，提升患者的就诊体验。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy and safety of ciprfol for painless gastroenteroscopy, and whether it can replace the existing propofol injection to improve patients' medical experience.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.选择接受结肠镜或胃镜诊断和/或治疗的受试者；
2.男性或女性，ASA分级I-II级；
3.年龄≥18且<65岁；
4.体重指数（BMI）≥18且≤30 kg/m^2 ；
5.无镇静/全身麻醉禁忌症。

Inclusion criteria

1. Select subjects for diagnosis and/or treatment by colonoscopy or gastroscopy;
2. Male or female, ASA grade I-II;
3. Aged >=18 and < 65 years;
4. Body mass index (BMI) >=18 and <=30 kg/m^2;
5. No sedation/general anesthesia contraindications.

排除标准：

1.近期有镇静安眠及抗焦虑药物、抗抑郁药物服用史；
2.有精神障碍、意识障碍病史；
3.有严重的心脑血管、肝肾功能障碍者；
4.有严重听力、视力障碍者；
5.检查或治疗时间超过30min、中途改变治疗方案或随访失联的患者；
6.无法与医师正常沟通及拒绝接受研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The recent history of taking sedative-hypnotic and anti-anxiety drugs and anti-depressant drugs;
2. Have a history of mental disorders and disorders of consciousness;
3. Those with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver and kidney dysfunction;
4. Those with severe hearing and visual impairment;
5. Patients whose examination or treatment time exceeds 30 minutes, the treatment plan is changed in the middle, or the follow-up is lost;
6. Patients who cannot communicate with physicians normally and refuse to accept the study.
