研究目的：

比较预先留置双J管与输尿管导管制造人工肾积水在经皮肾镜碎石术中的可行性、安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical feasibility, efficacy, and safety of pre-indwelling double-J stents versus ureteral catheters to make artificial hydronephrosis in percutaneous nephrolithotomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄介于18-75周岁；
2. 诊断为复杂性肾结石（结石最大径≥2 cm）；
3. 在我院行一期经皮肾镜碎石术者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-75 years;
2. Diagnosed as complicated kidney stones (the maximum diameter of the stones >= 2 cm);
3. Patients who underwent one-stage percutaneous nephrolithotomy in our hospital.

排除标准：

1. 泌尿系解剖异常者；
2. 泌尿系结核或肿瘤患者；
3. 严重凝血功能障碍者；
4. 严重心肺功能障碍者；
5. 既往曾行经皮肾镜碎石术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with abnormal anatomy of the urinary system;
2. Patients with urinary tuberculosis or tumor;
3. Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction;
4. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction;
5. Patients who have undergone percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the past.
