研究目的：

1.验证经鼻高流量氧疗在AECOPD合并II型呼吸衰竭治疗中的有效性； 2.分析经鼻高流量氧疗治疗失败的危险因素，对治疗效果进行早期的预测分析，从而避免延误治疗时机，导致预后变差； 3.明确经鼻高流量在AECOPD合并II型呼吸衰竭治疗中的适用范围、上机和撤机时机。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Verify the efficacy of high-flow nasal oxygen therapy in the treatment of AECOPD with type II respiratory failure; 2. Analyze the risk factors for the failure of high flow nasal oxygen therapy, and make an early prediction and analysis of the treatment effect, so as to avoid the delay of the treatment timing and lead to poor prognosis; 3. To clarify the applicable scope of high flow nasal oxygen therapy in the treatment of AECOPD with type II respiratory failure, and the timing of intubation and extubation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.符合AECOPD合并II型呼吸衰竭诊断标准；
3.住院时间≥48小时；
4.配合住院检查及治疗措施。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years;
2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of AECOPD combined with type II respiratory failure;
3. Hospitalization time >= 48 hours;
4. Cooperate with hospital examination and treatment measures.

排除标准：

1.患者放弃治疗或自动出院；
2.正参加其它临床试验的患者；
3.研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient gives up treatment or is automatically discharged from the hospital;
2. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials;
3. The researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
