研究目的：

主要目的： 1.明确HIV阳性MSM直肠CT/NG既往检测、治疗行为及阻碍因素； 2.明确HIV阳性MSM检测CT/NG阳性后的link-to-care现状及影响因素； 3.明确HIV阳性MSM直肠拭子自采样检测CT/NG的卫生经济学评价。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. To identify past tests, treatment behaviors, and obstructing factors of rectal CT/NG among HIV-positive men who have sex with men; 2. The status and influencing factors of link-to-care after testing positive of CT/NG among HIV-positive men who have sex with men; 3. To determine the health economics of self-collected rectal swabs for CT/NG test among HIV-positive men who have sex with men.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经蛋白印迹法检测呈HIV阳性的感染者；
2.年龄在18-70周岁之间；
3.出生性别为男性；
4.近6个月内，与男性发生性行为；
5.对本研究方案知情，同意参加研究并自愿签署知情同意书者；
6.参与者必须可能按计划完成研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. HIV-positive infected persons detected by Western blotting;
2. Aged 18 to 70 years;
3. The birth sex is male;
4. Have sex with men within the past 6 months;
5. Those who are aware of the research program, agree to participate in the research and voluntarily sign the informed consent;
6. It must be possible for the participant to complete the study as planned.

排除标准：

1.近6个月内，与男性发生性行为时只做“1”（主动方/攻）；
2.近6个月做过直肠镜检查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who only did "1" (the active side/attack)when they had sex with men in the past six months;
2. Those who had a colonoscopy in the past six months.
