研究目的：

主要目的：通过对比TVM后有网片暴露与无网片暴露病人的阴道微生物基因及宿主基因表达差异，研究与网片暴露相关的阴道微生态和宿主免疫间的相互作用并进行蛋白水平的验证。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To study the interaction between vaginal microecology and host immunity related to mesh exposure and to verify the protein level by comparing the differences in vaginal microbial genes and host gene expression between patients with and without mesh exposure after TVM .

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.因盆腔脏器脱垂拟行经阴道盆腔网片植入术治疗；
2.子宫脱垂/穹隆膨出或阴道前壁膨出III-IV度；
3.阴道后壁膨出I-II度。

Inclusion criteria

1. Transvaginal pelvic mesh implantation is planned for pelvic organ prolapse;
2. Uterine prolapse/fornix or vaginal anterior wall prolapse III-IV degree;
3. Protrusion of the posterior wall of the vagina I-II degree.

排除标准：

1.近5天有性生活或有阴道冲洗，
2.近30天应用口服或阴道抗生素、抗真菌、免疫抑制剂、激素类药物或益生菌。
3.合并免疫抑制疾病，合并乳腺癌、内膜癌等使用阴道雌激素禁忌的合并症，
4.若病人术前有子宫、术中未同时行经阴道全子宫切除术，
5.术中出现膀胱损伤或术中出血>500ml或术后血肿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have sex or vaginal douching in the past 5 days,
2. Application of oral or vaginal antibiotics, antifungals, immunosuppressants, hormone drugs or probiotics in the past 30 days.
3. Combined with immunosuppressive diseases, combined with breast cancer, endometrial cancer and other complications that are contraindicated in the use of vaginal estrogen,
4. If the patient has a uterus before surgery and does not undergo transvaginal hysterectomy at the same time,
5. Intraoperative bladder injury or intraoperative bleeding >500ml or postoperative hematoma.
