研究目的：

本研究拟通过对单纯肌少症与合并骨质疏松患者的表观遗传学差异分析，来明确骨质疏松患者、肌少症患者与正常人群之间在遗传基因方面的差异性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to analyze the epigenetic differences between patients with simple sarcopenia and patients complicated with osteoporosis, in order to clarify the genetic differences between patients with osteoporosis, sarcopenia and normal population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.拟行腰椎开放手术的患者；
2.术前行双能X线检查；
3.获得患者或监护人知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who are going to undergo open lumbar spine surgery;
2. Preoperative dual energy X-ray examination;
3. Obtain informed consent from patients or guardians.

排除标准：

1.既往基础陈旧性疾病造成肢体活动受限者；
2.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
3.无法耐受或无法配合研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with limited physical activity caused by previous underlying old diseases;
2. Pregnant or lactating patients;
3. Can not tolerate or cooperate with the researcher.
